Running SAP on IBM i? Attend the IBM – SAP on Power Summit
Have you heard about the 2017 IBM – SAP on Power Summit?
Next month will be the eighth IBM – SAP on Power Summit, a semi-annual event designed to help organizations take advantage of IBM i and SAP technology, share best practices and network with other companies running SAP workloads on IBM i.
This year’s spring summit will be held in Rochester, Minnesota, at the IBM Rochester Executive Briefing Center on April 26 and 27. As always, it will be a great opportunity to gain valuable insights from IBM and SAP experts. I hope you’ll join us!
What is the SAP on Power Summit?
The IBM – SAP on Power Summit is an educational and networking event designed specifically for IT professionals and IT management of companies running SAP workloads on IBM i. Speakers include IBM i and SAP experts from around the world, including speakers from IBM Development Labs and SAP Development Labs. The agenda will cover a breadth of topics including IBM i and SAP roadmaps and strategies, new technology enhancements and features, integration of IBM i with SAP technologies and how to optimize your SAP on IBM i solution.
Who should attend?
I would encourage anyone who’s running SAP on IBM i to attend. This event is free to attend for all companies running or considering running SAP workloads on IBM i, as well as for IBM Business Partners focused on SAP on IBM i solutions.
And, bonus! There are no registration fees to attend the event.

Agenda for the 2017 IBM – SAP on Power Summit
The two-day IBM – SAP on Power Summit will begin on Wednesday, April 26, with a full day of presentations, concluding with a networking reception immediately following the last session. The sessions on Thursday, April 27, will conclude at approximately 2:00 PM (including lunch).
The SAP on Power Summit is put on by IBM Systems Lab Services and IBM i Development.
