As international standards organizations begin to tackle data center resource intensity the SC 39 sub-committee looks to address resource efficiencies in the ICT. A liaison between The Green Grid and SC 39 will enable a formal standardization of multiple metrics for the ICT industry. This session informs attendees about the current work within SC 39, as well as its future plans as they relate to The Green Grid's past and present efforts.
