IT equipment Work Capacity (ITWC v1)
The Green Grid is proud to announce:
The ITWC v1 metric. This metric calculates server work capacity (Cserv) for standard CPUs in the data center using IT Work Capacity Metric (PerfCPU). Servers constitute the largest proportion of work capacity in the data center. Version 1 of the ITWC addresses only server work capacity. Future versions will incorporate storage and network equipment to ultimately provide an integrated measure of the total work capacity.

TGG Public Statement in Support of ENERGY STAR® Program
The Green Grid’s Executive Leadership Council affirms their broad and extensive support for the US EPA’s ENERGY STAR® Labeling Program for Servers, Data Storage Products, and Data Centers. TGG has actively cooperated with these programs over many years and advocates for their continued existence.
