The goal of sustainable development is to meet the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs. France has developed several initiatives on sustainable development, including the constitutional charter on the environment in March to the Grenelle laws in 2007 and 2010. This presentation from the Technical Forum by Gimélec reviews the impact on the French economy and business.
