ENERGY STAR was created in the early 1990s by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and is shared by ENERGY STAR country partners, Australia, Canada, European Union, Japan, New Zealand, and Taiwan. The ENERGY STAR for UPS program was set up and deployed in 2012 and is the first new program deployed after the establishment of Enhanced Testing and Verification. This webcast reviews the unique characteristics of the UPS program and its relation to ENERGY STAR for Data Centers, as well as the country partners’ plans for ENERGY STAR for UPS and how the program impacts you.
